What are the different forms of payments you accept?

We accept virtually all forms of payments that include Personal Checks, Electronic Checks, Money Orders and all major Credit cards.

Do you offer any Discount on bulk or wholesale order?

Certainly. All our prices listed here are retail price, for any purchase of more than 12 items; we offer our exceptionally low wholesale prices. Please contact us for a quote for your wholesale order.

Can I make a wholesale order for a specific item?

All our products are exclusive and especially crafted to be unique; therefore we do not carry wholesale quantity of any specific item. But we do offer special services such as "Order to make" for any item. Please refer to Services.

What is your method of shipping? And do you provide insurance?

We use UPS Ground Service for all our shipments. The cost of shipping & handling includes insurance charges of $--- and is ----- for the order up to 5 items. For wholesale orders, the cost of shipping and handling would be provided in the quote, Refer Q2.

What if I want to return any product? Do you offer any Refund?

Our almost preference is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply send it back within 10 business days after receipt and we'll give you a full refund of the cost of the item excluding S/H. Not only that we can also exchange an item if you choose another one, through you'll have to pay for any extra cost plus shipping & handling.
